Welcome to My New Website

I think each and every one of us likes the thought of finding treasure.

When I was seven years old, I was on a field trip with my family who had just joined the Cypress Hills Rock & Fossil Club in southern Saskatchewan. I found a round siltstone concretion the size of a beach ball, which had a big crack across it. I ran and got my father’s rock hammer and returned to pry the top off of the cracked concretion. As the top fell away, there in the middle I found a beautiful fossilized coiled ammonite shell. I had just uncovered my first treasure.

In my novels, I’m hoping you, the reader, will experience and feel the same excitement the characters feel as they uncover the pieces of the puzzle and then the exhilaration of the realization that these puzzle pieces actually fit together to locate a lost treasure. This is adventure at its finest.

They say write what you know. As a geologist, I have been involved with exploring for oil, diamonds, gold, and rare earth minerals. I have had the privilege to work and speak with numerous people who have had adventures of their own throughout the years. I find inspiration in personal experiences, current events, and don’t forget good-old hearsay.

I hope you enjoy my adventure novels. Please check out my bio page. I would appreciate hearing from you and hope you will participate in my attached blog.

I look forward to getting to know you, and I hope you’ll enjoy your visit.

May God bless you in all of your own adventures.
